PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Weekly Rental Rates 
April - November rates range from US $1,500.00 to US $3,000.00
December - March rates range from US $2,500.00 to US $4,000.00
Monthly Rental Rates 
April - November rates range from US $2,500.00 to US $4,000.00
December - March rates range from US $3,500.00 to US $6,000.00
Additional Information 
 Monthly rates do not include utilities.
 Maid service available on request at an additional cost.
 Weekly rates includes utilities except telephone.
Pick up service from the airport or rental vehicle can be arranged prior to arrival.
Dates will be reserved for 7 - 14 days. Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit on rental cost.
The deposit is refundable less an administrative fee of 20% up to 30 days before start of rental.
A US $500.00 security deposit is required upon arrival.
